OC Neuro Rehab provides rehabilitation therapy services to patients with neurological diagnoses. We specialize in the treatment and management of individuals with hemiplegia due to stroke or brain injury.
Arthur Lupsha, DPT graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) in Pomona California in 1994. He worked at Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, california for six years, and then in private practice for the past 10 years. Arthur began studying under Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR the author of the Neuro-IFRAH® approach, in 1997. Through the course of his studies under Mr. Al-Oboudi, Arthur became a Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® in 2003. Arthur has been teaching the Neuro-IFRAH® Approach nationally and internationally for the past seven years. He is currently co-owner of OC Neuro Rehab in Orange County, California.
Our staff is Neuro-IFRAH® Certified and are Neuro-IFRAH® Instructors.
Kellie Lupsha, MPT, MAOM received her MS in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Related Sciences in 1996. She received her MA in Organizational Management through the University of Phoenix in 1999. She has worked in a variety of settings throughout the continuum of care. Kellie worked as the Director of Clinical Services at HealthSouth Tustin Rehabilitation Hospital for five years. She has studied under Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR since 1998 and became a Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® in 2004. She has been teaching the Neuro-IFRAH® Approach both nationally and internationally for the past six years. Kellie is currently co-owner of OC Neuro Rehab in Orange County, California.
